Find out about the national Kickstart Scheme and how to apply for an exciting role with us.

The Kickstart Scheme has been introduced by the Government as a way to support young people’s employability, in response to the negative impact that COVID-19 has had upon the labour market. The scheme helps organisations to employ young people for a minimum of 25 hours per week over the course of six months.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Kickstart Scheme, you must be aged 16 to 24 and claiming Universal Credit. We are pleased to be participating in the scheme and we have a variety of roles available across different departments.

If you’re a young person looking to get back into work and want to develop valuable skills to help you to be in a better position to gain sustainable, long-term employment, this is a great opportunity for you. Upon starting your Kickstart role, you will receive a robust employability package, covering areas such as CV writing and interview skills.
