Frequently asked questions
Our fleet of minibuses can seat up to 16 passengers so that everyone can travel together. The vehicles are designed so that passengers who have mobility difficulties can access them safely and easily. Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard.
Our drivers are trained to a high standard:
- All staff are disclosure and barring service (DBS) checked to an enhanced level;
- All drivers take practical ability tests before being appointed; and
- All drivers are MIDAS (minibus driver awareness scheme) trained.
We can provide MIDAS training courses to schools, community groups and certain charitable bodies.
The scheme offers classroom-based theory training and an on-road driving assessment for minibus drivers.
This training is provided by our driver assessor trainers.
To request training please email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01609 533877 between 10am and 12 noon.
