You can take garden weeds to all household waste recycling centres.
Household garden waste should be placed, free of charge, in the garden waste skip. It is then shredded and composted.
Commercial waste can be taken to all sites, but is chargeable. See the cost of depositing commercial waste.
Invasive weeds, such as Japanese knotweed, need to be disposed of carefully so they do not spread. Please place invasive weeds in the waste for energy recovery skip, ideally inside bags and tell staff as they will need to be treated. Find out more about preventing Japanese knotweed from spreading.
