Have a say on... waste proposals

We want your views on proposals to change how we deal with waste at household waste recycling centres. The service costs £5.9m a year. We need to save £240,000 in 2014-15 and perhaps more in future. We propose either to charge for soil and rubble and other non-household waste or to refuse to accept this waste. Tell us what you think about these proposed changes and other proposals.
