Active North Yorkshire Pool Parties

New pool parties from 1 October

Our new pool parties are bookable from 1 October. If you would like to book a party to take place before then you can find out about our current parties on our existing venue pages.

Get ready to win parent of the year! Active North Yorkshire pool parties are the perfect way to celebrate your child’s special day. With a range of packages, there is something for everyone.

There is no age restriction to the parties, however all children under the age of eight need to be supervised by someone over 16 at a ratio of two children to one adult.

Add an inflatable

Take your pool party to the next level with an optional inflatable for £50. Climb, balance and splash your way along the inflatable course to reach maximum fun.

Children must be able to swim 25 metres to use an inflatable. Depending on availability and the type of party chosen, inflatables are available at

Bedale Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

Big splash parties are available for up to 60 children on Saturdays between midday and 1pm with an additional 15 minutes for cake cutting, if required.

Harrogate Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

Mini splash and big splash parties are available for up to 50 children and ultra splash parties are available for up to 100 children.

An inflatable can be added to all parties.

Parties can take place on Saturdays and Sundays between 3pm and 4pm with an additional 15 minutes for cake cutting, if required.

Knaresborough Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

Ultra splash parties are available for up to 128 children. An inflatable can be added and catering is available for £6.30 per person.

Parties can take place on Saturdays and Sundays between 3:30pm and 4:30pm and 4:45pm and 5:45pm with an additional 15 minutes for cake cutting, if required.

Northallerton Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

Ultra splash parties are available for up to 60 children on Sundays between 3:15pm and 4:15pm and includes use of the wave machine and slide.

A function room is available to use for 45 minutes if you wish to bring your own food and cake.

Pateley Bridge Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

Big splash parties are available for up to 40 children on Sundays between 2:30pm and 3:30pm with an additional 15 minutes for cake cutting, if required.

Ripon Leisure and Wellbeing Hub - The Jack Laugher Centre

Big splash parties are available for up to 70 children on Saturdays and Sundays between 4pm and 5pm with an additional 15 minutes for cake cutting, if required. Parties on Sundays can include an inflatable.

Skipton Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

Mini splash parties are available for up to 24 children, big splash parties are available for up to 74 children and both can include an inflatable.

Mini splash parties can take place on Sundays between 2:45pm and 2:45pm and big splash parties can take place on Saturdays between 3pm and 4pm with an additional 15 minutes for cake cutting, if required.

Starbeck Swimming Pool

Mini splash parties are available for up to 50 children on Saturdays and Sundays between 4:15pm and 5:15pm with an additional 15 minutes for cake cutting, if required.

Stokesley Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

Mini splash parties are available for up to 27 children, big splash parties for up to 50 children and ultra splash parties for up to 77 children.

An inflatable can be added to big splash parties.

Parties can take place on Sundays between 1:45pm and 2:45pm with an additional 15 minutes for cake cutting, if required.

Mini splash parties are available for up to 40 children, big splash parties for up to 60 children and ultra splash parties for up to 100 children.
