We have countless exercise classes designed to suit a variety of ages, abilities, and conditions. Ranging from low to high-impact workouts, including classes that benefit your mental health, we have everything to ensure you can find something that suits you and your journey to leading a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Exercise class prices

Want more classes for less? You can take part in as many classes as you want, and book two weeks in advance instead of one, with a membership.

Our exercise classes

Dance aerobics

A workout based on a dance routine. It is great for all ages and will help you get in shape while having fun. It will help build strength, muscular endurance and flexibility.

Pilates

These sessions will help you lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improve your core strength, your stability and mobility. Suitable for beginners and people with more experience.

Yoga therapy

Yoga therapy is a holistic approach that combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern therapeutic techniques. It focuses on using breathwork, gentle stretches, and relaxation techniques to support individuals in their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Zumba Gold

Perfect for adults who are looking for a lower impact Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love. The class focuses on motion, balance and co-ordination.

Other exercise classes

As well as our own exercise classes, we also host a variety of classes run by other people and organisations.

Exercise and fitness

Movement class for older people which helps build up stamina and fitness.

Specifically designed for older people to help increase fitness, vitality and confidence. Session cost £4.
