Our exercise classes

Aquafit

A water-based and low-impact aerobic exercise using water resistance to strengthen the heart and lungs and tone muscles.

Bodyweight Boxing

A combination of bodyweight exercises with the use of boxing pads and gloves.

Core Blimey

A mat based, low impact core strength and abs class suitable for all abilities.

Dance Cardio Party

A fun mixture of exercise and dance moves to the 80’s, 90’s and disco era with glow sticks.

Functional Fitness

Bodyweight training and exercises also featuring resistance bands. A class for all abilities to help strengthen joints and build muscle.

Hells Bells

Ultimate high intensity workout designed to challenge your strength and endurance. This dynamic class combines dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells in a series of explosive exercises that push you to your limits.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this class that uses both weights and your bodyweight. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bums and tums through their paces.

Mat Pilates

Improve posture, core stability and flexibility applying the body’s natural resistance.

Pit and Flow

30 minutes of Pilates interval training followed by 30 minutes of yoga.

Pound

Workout, rock out. A music driven drumming class with Pilates, cardio and isometric movement.

Power Hour

An hour of high intensity circuits to help tone and strengthen your body.

Power Sculpt

A weights-based class. Exercise to the beat. Strengthen and sculpt the entire body.

Pump and Tone

A weights-based class to strengthen up your entire body.

Rhythm and Moves

A fun mix of simple dance moves and bodyweight exercises to a wide variety of disco music. A class for all abilities.

Slow Burn

Slow Burn is a non-impact, low intensity class to challenge lactic threshold and tone muscle.

Spin

Take a Myride class with your virtual coach on screen, your coach will help you stay motivated and get the most out of your session. Stunning real-world locations on screen with the help of a virtual coach to help you get the most out of your ride.

For these classes, you should:

  • book in advance, even if you are a member
  • arrive 5 to 10 minutes before a class is due to start
  • inform a member of staff of any medical conditions before the class begins so they can best advise you
  • wear appropriate cycling clothing and bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Training shoes worn outside must not be worn in the studio
  • listen to your body throughout the class as this is the best indicator of how much you can do

Step It Up

A high intensity step class done through a variety of choreographed moves and intervals to create a workout guaranteed to get the heart rate up and burn serious calories.

Step Strength

A 40 minute step work out followed by 20 minutes of weights to the latest music releases designed to uplift both your body and soul. Moves to tone all areas whilst improving your cardio fitness.

Strength Blast

A 30 minute workout with weighted movements including a barbell to help build strength and muscular endurance.

Tabata Step

A full body upbeat cardio workout incorporating the use of a step box to help improve overall fitness.

Trilactic

Challenge yourself and improve your strength, cardio and agility. Discover your inner athlete!

Yoga

Yoga using breathing techniques and a variety of physical poses.

Zumba

Latin dance fitness. Calorie burning, easy and fun. Ditch the workout, join the party!
