We have countless exercise classes designed to suit a variety of ages, abilities, and conditions. Ranging from low to high-impact workouts, including classes that benefit your mental health, we have everything to ensure you can find something that suits you and your journey to leading a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Want more classes for less? We have over 100 exercise classes and you can take part in as many classes as you want, and book two weeks in advance instead of one, with a membership.

Our exercise classes

Absolute Glutes and Core

Lower body strength blaster designed to build, tone and strengthen glutes, thighs and stomach.

Aquafit

A water-based and low-impact aerobic exercise using water resistance to strengthen the heart and lungs and tone muscles.

Ashtanga Yoga

Dynamic and athletic form of Hatha Yoga. The sequence of movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. Intermediate to advanced yoga.

Beginners pilates

Beginners pilates focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. This is a slower paced class and great for anyone new to pilates.

Beginners Yoga

Stretch and flow, floor-based exercise yoga for beginners. No experience is needed.

Bootcamp

Intense style class to work the whole body, developing fitness, strength and conditioning.

Box HIIT

A great high-energy workout, which will work your whole body, includes skipping, hitting backs and shadow boxing. Suitable for all levels.

Circuits

A traditional circuit-based workout using a variety of equipment and timings for an all-around aerobic and strength-based session. Suitable for all levels.

Classic Core Fit Ball

Fit ball is a ball-based exercise class that challenges your muscles and helps strengthen and build up the core muscles of your body.

Core Fusion

Core-based workout using a variety of equipment and techniques to improve strength, balance, flexibility and mobility.

Evening Flow

A constant flowing yoga class moving from one posture to another seamlessly using breath.

Fit4Function

A selection of gentle cardio and weight training exercises are brought together to form a circuit. A great way to improve your fitness, strength and toning at a beginner level.

Fitball

Fitball class utilizes a large inflatable ball to improve core strength, balance and overall fitness.

Group Cycle

Instructor-led workout on a stationary bike to a motivational playlist.

Hatha Yoga

A gentle yoga class to challenge strength and flexibility while focusing on relaxation and mindfulness helps with alignment. Suitable for all levels, recommended for beginners.

HIIT

High-energy cardio and strength class, that will leave you feeling energised. Suitable for all levels.

Hips, Bums and Tums

A lower body and core-based workout designed to strengthen and tone all the leg, glute and core muscle groups.

Les Mills Bodyattack

A high-energy class with moves that cater to all levels. Combining athletic movements like running, lunges and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Les Mills Bodybalance

A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body and life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Les Mills Bodycombat

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories per session.

Les Mills Bodypump

The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. It gives you a total body workout.

40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through the digitally created worlds using a floor-to-ceiling cinema-style digital screen.

A 45-minute, low-impact strength and conditioning workout designed to build lower body and core strength, flexibility and balance, making you fit for life.

Les Mills Virtual Sprint

A 30-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on an indoor bike that delivers rapid results by combining short, all-out bursts of effort with periods of rest to build fitness and burn calories for hours afterward.

Pilates

A mat-based workout focusing on posture, balance and flexibility to strengthen the whole body with an emphasis on core strength. Suitable for all levels.

Pure stretch

A series of simple yoga moves that embrace elements of tai chi and pilates. Develop strength and flexibility across your entire body and leave the class calm and centred.

Reformer

A more intense and dynamic workout than mat-based pilates by adding resistance to the pilates exercises through the use of machines. Suitable for all levels.

RIG FIT

Small group HIIT session based around the RIG of the gym floor. Suitable for all levels.

Shapes

An invigorating blend of Pilates, Barre and Power Yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. Low impact but intense way to train. Suitable for all levels.

Stability and Conditioning

A class to develop posture, body awareness and control. Half chair-based and half free movement the class will challenge your balance and control of your body.

Step

An exercise to music traditional cardio workout. Using the steps to create patterns of movement to the music this class will get your pulse raised and help strengthen your muscles. Suitable for all levels.

Strength and stretch

A low to moderate intensity exercise class designed to increase both your strength and flexibility using a variety of exercises.

Stretch and Flex

A class dedicated to stretching your total body, aimed at improving balance, mobility and flexibility.

Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese exercise that uses gentle flowing movements to reduce stress, increase stamina and strengthen body and mind. Suitable for all.

Total Body Conditioning

A workout using a mixture of cardio and resistance work for that all-over body tone.

Total Gym HIIT

A high-intensity interval session. Incorporating more advanced methods with an emphasis on maintaining a higher heart rate throughout. Suitable for intermediate and advanced exercisers.

Total Gym Reformer Pilates

A more intense and dynamic workout than mat-based Pilates. By adding resistance to the Pilates exercises through the use of machines. Suitable for all levels.

Total Gym Wellbeing

Instructor-led referral class for people with conditions such as osteoarthritis, Parkinson’s or any other mobility conditions. A specialised workout to work the total body and improve toning, balance, flexibility and strength.

Vinyasa Yoga

A constantly flowing yoga class moving from one posture to another seamlessly transitioning with breath. Suitable for all levels.

Weekend Wake Up

An entire body workout that will challenge you in a new way each week. Circuit-style boot camp training that will improve agility, tone and increase energy levels. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga

Improve relaxation, balance and flexibility using a combination of slow, precise movements and stretching. Tone up, lose weight and feel invigorated.

Yoga Flow
