Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics, also known as water aerobics, is a form of aerobic exercise performed in shallow water, typically in a swimming pool. It combines the principles of traditional aerobic workouts with the natural resistance of water, making it a low-impact yet highly effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.

Balance Pilates

A yoga-inspired class that blends elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to improve your mind, body and life. Set to a motivating soundtrack, Balance Pilates is suitable for everyone and offers a gentle yet powerful way to build strength and inner calm.

Bootcamp at Aireville Park

Join our energising outdoor group training sessions in the beautiful surroundings of Aireville Park. This high-intensity bootcamp is designed to push your limits and deliver real results.

Expect a full-body workout using a mix of functional equipment and natural resistance, including:

  • tractor tyres
  • battle rope
  • speed ladders
  • bodyweight exercises (solo and partner-based)

Whether you are looking to build strength, boost endurance or burn fat, this class will challenge your fitness and elevate your performance. It is fast-paced, fun and guaranteed to get your heart pumping.

These are seasonal sessions run exclusively by our team. No other bootcamps are authorised to operate in Aireville Park.

Fit and Functional

This 45 to 60 minute class combines low-impact aerobic exercises with circuit-based training to help you build strength, improve mobility and boost overall fitness, all at a pace that suits you.

  • anyone new to group fitness
  • those looking for a gentle yet effective workout

Whether you are returning to exercise or just starting out, Fit and Functional offers a welcoming environment to move your body, improve your health and feel great.

Hatha Yoga

A gentle yoga class to challenge strength and flexibility while focusing on relaxation and mindfulness helps with alignment. Suitable for all levels, recommended for beginners.

HIIT

Boost your fitness and shed unwanted body fat with our HIIT class! This high-intensity interval training session consists of short bursts of intense exercise followed by recovery or active recovery periods. It is an amazing way to increase your fitness levels and achieve your goals quickly. Join us to experience a dynamic and effective workout that keeps you motivated and energised!

Hydro Dance

A fun, water-based fitness class inspired by both modern and traditional dance styles, including Latin, ballroom and rumba. Held in shallow water, it is suitable for non-swimmers and all fitness levels, making it a joyful way to stay active.

Hydro Jog

A deep-water workout (1.8 metres) using a hydro belt to keep you upright while performing jogging and running movements. This class includes aerobic intervals and strength work with water-based weights, offering a low-impact yet effective workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Indoor cycling classes

Indoor cycling is a high-energy cardio workout set to music and led by expert instructors. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, we offer five types of classes to suit your fitness level and goals:

  • traditional cycle classes - classic instructor-led sessions focused on endurance, strength and speed. Great for all levels
  • Coach by Colour cycle classes - train smarter with our innovative 'Coach by Colour' system. Your bike’s console uses coloured zones to show your workout intensity, helping both you and your instructor tailor your effort for maximum results 
  • virtual tour coach - join a Myride virtual tour coach class and cycle through some of the world’s most stunning landscapes on our immersive video screens. Your virtual coach will guide you through speed, intensity, and technique
  • virtual studio coach - prefer a self-paced session? Once you have completed an instructor-led class or a fitness assessment, you are eligible to book our virtual studio coach classes. These sessions allow you to train independently using our interactive bike consoles. Just let reception know once you're ready to activate your virtual booking access
  • teen spin - designed for ages 14 to 17, our teen spin classes offer a fun and motivating virtual cycling experience. Instructors will help with bike setup and guide participants through the class format

Functional Threshold Power fitness test

This advanced test is designed to push your limits and is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.

The Functional Threshold Power test helps measure your fitness level and determine your personalised training zones. Every four minutes, the target power increases by 25. Your goal? Keep it green for as long as possible. Once your Functional Threshold Power is established, you will be assigned five colour-coded zones to optimise your training.

To use our spin bikes, you must be:

  • at least 5 feet tall
  • over 14 years old for Teen Spin
  • over 16 years old for standard classes

Before attending a class we recommend booking a cycle fitness assessment and joining an instructor-led session to learn bike safety, setup and console use.

Please arrive five minutes early to set up your bike and console before the class begins.

Iyengar Yoga

Focused on precise postural alignment, Iyengar Yoga helps relieve structural and emotional tension. Classes are available for both beginners and intermediate levels, offering a mindful approach to strength and flexibility.

Kettlebells

Transform your fitness routine with our Kettlebells class! Utilising kettlebells in a circuit format, this class is designed to enhance strength, conditioning, flexibility and promote fat loss. Perfect for all fitness levels, you will experience a dynamic and effective workout that challenges your body and boosts your overall fitness.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Legs, Bums and Tums is a full-body aerobic workout that focuses on toning and strengthening the lower body, particularly the thighs, glutes and abdominal muscles. The class typically includes a warm-up, a series of bodyweight and resistance exercises like squats and crunches and a cool-down. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and helps improve muscle tone, core strength and endurance.

LES MILLS BODYATTACK™

A high-energy class with moves that cater to all levels. Combining athletic movements like running, lunges and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™

A yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body and life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories per session.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP™

The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. It gives you a total body workout.

Pilates

Enhance your strength and tone your core muscles with our Pilates class! Through controlled movements, this session focuses on building core stability and improving overall body alignment. Perfect for all fitness levels, Pilates helps you achieve a balanced and strong physique. Join us to experience the benefits of mindful exercise and feel the difference in your body!

Spin classes

Spin classes are high-energy indoor cycling sessions that simulate outdoor biking through sprints, hill climbs and intervals. Participants ride stationary bikes with adjustable resistance, allowing them to control the intensity. These classes are great for cardiovascular fitness, leg strength and calorie burning and they are low-impact, making them accessible to most people.

Strength and Conditioning

Elevate your fitness with our Strength and Conditioning class! This full-body strength workout is designed to challenge you using weight-training exercises. You will have the flexibility to select the right weight for your fitness level, ensuring a personalised and effective workout. Perfect for building muscle, enhancing endurance and boosting overall fitness.

Tai Chi

Improve your health and fitness while relaxing your mind and body with our Tai Chi class. This gentle, flowing practice helps combat stress and promotes overall wellbeing. Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where movements are smoothly linked with breath in a flowing sequence. The class often includes sun salutations, standing and seated poses and transitions that build strength, flexibility and balance. It’s suitable for all levels and also supports stress relief and mindfulness.

Yoga Relax

A calming, inclusive yoga class suitable for all levels, especially beginners. Improve flexibility, muscle tone and balance while enjoying a deeply relaxing experience. Sessions last between 75 and 90 minutes and include a dedicated relaxation section.

Zumba

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Feel the music, let loose and enjoy a fun workout that gets you moving and grooving.
