Indoor cycling is a high-energy cardio workout set to music and led by expert instructors. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, we offer five types of classes to suit your fitness level and goals:
- traditional cycle classes - classic instructor-led sessions focused on endurance, strength and speed. Great for all levels
- Coach by Colour cycle classes - train smarter with our innovative 'Coach by Colour' system. Your bike’s console uses coloured zones to show your workout intensity, helping both you and your instructor tailor your effort for maximum results
- virtual tour coach - join a Myride virtual tour coach class and cycle through some of the world’s most stunning landscapes on our immersive video screens. Your virtual coach will guide you through speed, intensity, and technique
- virtual studio coach - prefer a self-paced session? Once you have completed an instructor-led class or a fitness assessment, you are eligible to book our virtual studio coach classes. These sessions allow you to train independently using our interactive bike consoles. Just let reception know once you're ready to activate your virtual booking access
- teen spin - designed for ages 14 to 17, our teen spin classes offer a fun and motivating virtual cycling experience. Instructors will help with bike setup and guide participants through the class format
Functional Threshold Power fitness test
This advanced test is designed to push your limits and is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant.
The Functional Threshold Power test helps measure your fitness level and determine your personalised training zones. Every four minutes, the target power increases by 25. Your goal? Keep it green for as long as possible. Once your Functional Threshold Power is established, you will be assigned five colour-coded zones to optimise your training.
To use our spin bikes, you must be:
- at least 5 feet tall
- over 14 years old for Teen Spin
- over 16 years old for standard classes
Before attending a class we recommend booking a cycle fitness assessment and joining an instructor-led session to learn bike safety, setup and console use.
Please arrive five minutes early to set up your bike and console before the class begins.
