AquaFit is a water based, high energy exercise class. Designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular health and increase flexibility. AquaFit offers a low impact, high reward workout suitable for all fitness levels. This is led by a qualified instructor. |
| Circuits |
Circuits is a full-body workout using a variety of timed exercises to improve fitness, strength and endurance in a fun, fast-paced environment. |
| Core |
Strengthen your abs, improve stability and tone your entire midsection. Expect controlled movements, targeted core exercises and functional conditioning to support better posture and everyday strength. |
| Gym floor |
A group, gym based circuit class using the gym equipment and functional exercises. |
| HIIT |
HIIT is a fast-paced workout alternating short bursts of high-intensity exercise with recovery periods to improve fitness, strength and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels. |
| Mat Pilates |
Low‑impact, full‑body workout that focuses on core strength, posture, mobility and controlled movement, all performed on a mat without machines. |
