Our Musculoskeletal (MSK) Hub is free of charge and offers 12-week support for working age people in North Yorkshire who are experiencing musculoskeletal pain, functional limitations or mobility impairments that are impacting their ability to work and remain physically active.
It includes:
- 12 weeks free access to gym and pool facilities
- a personalised MSK exercise plan from qualified instructors
- facilitated group exercise classes available at your MSK Hub
- access to Good Boost - an AI powered MSK exercise programme (land and water)
- triage and ongoing support from our specialist team
- wellbeing signposting and support
