Request involvement from adult social care as a professional
If you are a professional and are concerned about an adult, use our professional referral form to request involvement from our health and adult services for:

Safeguarding
If you believe an adult with care and support needs is experiencing abuse or neglect, this needs to be raised to us separately as a safeguarding concern using our safeguarding form.

Deprivation of liberty safeguards
