Book a bulky waste collection
What to do on your collection day
Put bulky items on the edge of your property, nearest to the road, by 6.30am on your collection day.
If you live in a flat, leave bulky items on the ground floor outside the building. Make sure the collection team can easily identify them.
Make sure bulky items are clean and dry. Cover them if they are stored outside. We can’t collect any items in an unsuitable condition and we won’t refund collection charges.
Store bulky items safely and securely, so that they don't pose a risk to anyone, especially children.
