We offer a range of room sizes to suit all occasions. All meeting rooms benefit from:
Visitors should read our fire safety notice for non-council users for Selby meeting rooms (pdf / 139 KB) before arriving at the Civic Centre.
Please note that the Civic Centre main entrance doors will automatically close at 6.30pm. If you have visitors arriving after this time they will need to be greeted at the entrance.
We have a hearing loop in the main reception area. Just switch your hearing aid to the ‘T’ position on your arrival. Our meeting rooms either have hearing loop fitted or we have a portable hearing loop available.
Please note that refreshments can only be consumed in the café.

An invoice for the booking fee will be raised after the meeting has taken place.
Please note that if an event runs over the agreed time, you may be charged an additional fee. You may also be charged an additional £25 fee if the room is left untidy.
If you decide you no longer require the room, we ask that you notify us by email at your earliest convenience.
