We are developing a Town Investment Plan for Eastfield as part of a regeneration programme across 32 towns in the county. The plans will help guide future funding bids by ensuring they are targeted to local priorities.
This work is supported by David Skaith, Mayor of York and North Yorkshire and receives funding from the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority.
Alongside this project the community will be pulling together a plan to spend the remaining funds of circa £3.2 million grant. Steered by the local community in partnership with us we will develop an additional community-led investment plan.
This capital funding is the unallocated sum from an original agreement set out between former Scarborough Borough Council and Keepmoat Homes. This funding is ringfenced for Eastfield only.
Have your say
To make sure each investment plan reflects local priorities we are inviting residents, business owners and visitors to share their views on their local town and how you think it could be improved.
