If you sign up to your supplier's priority services register, you can get extra help and support with your energy supply. It is free to sign up to. You will normally be able to get priority services if your energy company class you as vulnerable.
Priority services could for example include:
- advance notice of planned power cuts
- make your call a priority when you contact them
- provide bills in large print or braille
