We have garages in many local towns and villages, which you can rent from us. We also have a number of plots where you can build your own garage.
All garages are for vehicles only and are not secure or watertight to store any other goods. You should not store petrol or other inflammable materials in your garage. None of the garages have an electricity supply.
Garages are let on a monthly tenancy and are subject to a rent review.
You can rent a garage for £80.57 per calendar month including VAT.
You can rent a plot for £108.11 including VAT per year, except at East Castle Street where the yearly rent is £113.14, including VAT.
We have a waiting list for people who want to rent a garage or plot in their parish area. All garages and plots are let in date order.
