This scheme will be delivered by our partner, E.ON, who will be responsible for the application process, home survey and right through to installation. You do not need to be an E.ON customer and you will not be required to join E.ON to take part in the scheme.
Funding is available to you whether you own or privately rent your home, subject to the eligibility criteria. Permission will also be required from your landlord if you're in private rented accommodation.
The following energy efficiency improvement measures are available:
- solid wall insulation
- loft insulation
- air source heat pumps or hybrid air source heat pumps
- solar panels
- under floor insulation
To be eligible, all of the following criteria must apply:
- the total household income must be less than £30,000 a year or someone in your home must receive a means tested benefit
- the energy performance certificate for the property must have a rating of D, E, F or G - you can find out about your energy performance certificate on the Government website (if you do not have a certificate, E.ON will arrange this for you if they think that your property is energy inefficient)
