Scarborough Market Hall & Vaults is a historic venue in the heart of Scarborough, opened in 1853. The refurbishment in 2017 added a gallery floor, enhancing its appeal while maintaining its historic charm.
The market has an exciting range of shops, cafés and stalls, spread over three floors. You’ll find an array of eateries, crafters and gift shops across the main floor and gallery. Below the market, the Vaults deliver a unique shopping experience, not to be missed.

Scarborough Market Hall & Vaults is operated by North Yorkshire Council along with other outdoor markets at Knaresborough, Ripon, Thirsk, Northallerton, Helmsley, Pickering and Whitby.
