Whitby market

Whitby market is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year, subject to weather conditions.

Where: Market Place, Whitby, YO22 4DD

When: Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8.30am until 6pm, and every Sunday from 9am until 5pm throughout the year, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year's Day.

Known for its lively atmosphere, the market offers a variety of goods, including fresh produce, crafts, and local specialties.

We operate Whitby market along with Ripon, Thirsk, Northallerton, Helmsley, Pickering and Scarborough Market Hall and Vaults.

There's always room for more traders too. You can trade as frequently as you choose, so come and be part of our markets community. You can apply for a market pitch online or contact us.
