Active North Yorkshire members looking for either a serious or fun fitness challenge can now sign up for the free ANYROCKS event at Harrogate Leisure and Wellbeing Hub happening on Saturday 6 September.

Not a member yet? Find out more about membership at our centres. Members from any of our centres can take part in the event.

Taking place between 7am and 1pm the challenge will see people complete a range of exercises in a row, from running to rowing and squat presses to ski erg.

Singles and doubles challenges

Choose to go it alone in the singles event or team up with a friend in the doubles event. Members can even bring a non-member with them for free to take part in the doubles.

Competitive and relaxed events

You can either get competitive and see who gets the best time or choose the relaxed event instead, taking your time, enjoying the experience and changing or skipping any of the challenges you are not comfortable with.

Just let us know your name and whether you want to take part in the singles or doubles and competitive or relaxed event.
