Completion of work certificates

Our completion certificate can provide peace of mind and aid the conveyance process.

The certificate gives reassurance that works carried out, to our knowledge, are in compliance with the building regulations in force at the time.

After works have been inspected in accordance with the program of inspections, building control must be informed that the project is complete within five days of the works being completed. It is the applicant's responsibility to do this.  A final inspection will then be carried out, if all the works are satisfactory and all relevant commissioning certificates are received, the building control will issue an electronic copy of a completion certificate.

Issuing of completion certificates is at our discretion.
