Get involved in the North Yorkshire Local Plan

Find out how you can get involved in the North Yorkshire Local Plan.

Call for sites open

The call for sites is open until Monday 22 June. For more information about the call for sites and how to submit a site see our call for sites page.

We are not currently running any other consultations on the local plan.

Be aware, other groups and organisations may ask about the local plan or sites that are being put forward for it.

When we reach the next consultation stage it will be available on this page and any communication about it will be clearly marked as being from the council.

How you can get involved

If you would like to be involved in any consultation around the local plan we are encouraging everyone to sign up to our local plan portal.

Sign up to our local plan portal

We are not allowed to just keep using your details if you were previously involved in the local plan for any of the former councils so make sure to sign up if you would like to be involved.
