The Local Plan Core Strategy (pdf / 3 MB) requires the preparation of a number of supplementary planning documents, including:
- affordable housing contributions
- heritage design
- settlement development guidance
- open spaces
These will be subject to consultation with local people and other interested bodies when drafted.
