Scarborough local plan

The local plan covers strategic policy, land allocations and more detailed development management policies and will guide and coordinate development in Scarborough, Whitby, Filey and the borough's rural areas. Work on the Scarborough local plan has now been halted and will be part of the new North Yorkshire local plan.
