Local plan site assessments

Each site that landowners, agents or developers submit is assessed for potential inclusion in the local plan as an allocation.  The site assessment methodology sets out the assessment criteria for how each site is to be assessed.

The results of the assessment are set out in the site assessment database.

The profile for each site is set out in the individual site profiles.

The most recent assessment was for the revised publication Selby local plan.
