Selby local development scheme

Our Local Development Scheme (LDS) for the period 2022 to 2024 came into effect on 27 September 2022 by resolution of the council.

The scheme identified which local plan documents we would progress over the next couple of years, together with the programme for their preparation, and key consultation milestones.

Progress in delivering the LDS programme will be monitored through the annual authority monitoring report (AMR) and where necessary the LDS may be amended to reflect changing circumstances and priorities.
