A waiver permit allows a vehicle to be exempt from some parking restrictions for a set amount of time.

Waivers must be clearly displayed on the vehicle. Failing to do so could result in a penalty charge notice.
Our civil enforcement officers will check if it's necessary for that vehicle to be in that location. If it's blocking traffic or pedestrians, or it's not necessary for the vehicle to be there, the driver will be asked to move it. We don't have to offer any alternative parking and the waiver will be invalid.

Parking bays can be reserved to stop people from parking in them for a set amount of time. This could be for many reasons, including works access, promoter use or safety while construction is carried out nearby.
