Carer's parking permits in the Scarborough area

Find out about parking permits for carers in the Scarborough area.

Carer's permits are issued to allow professionals to attend clients within their homes to give support. 

Carers can park in the two and three hour disc zones without time limit.

The permits are not to be used for parking outside your employer's office.

How to apply

Carers' line managers need to apply to parking services for a carer's permit.

Please include: 

  • name
  • job role
  • a copy of the vehicle insurance document authorising the use of the vehicle for business purposes

Contact us to apply for a carers parking permit.

There is no charge for this permit.

Permits are not valid in any of our off street pay and display car parks, on double yellow lines, in disabled bays, loading bays, bus stops or taxi ranks.
