Cancellation policy 

Our classes are very popular so, if you need to cancel, please tell us as soon as possible so someone else can take your space. You must cancel up at least two hours before a class starts, or five days before a course starts, otherwise you will still be charged.

Aquanatal

Delivered by qualified midwives this is a great way to have fun, improve your fitness and maintain a healthy weight while pregnant. 

You will need to complete a screening form before you can attend.
