Telephone and internet issues

Active North Yorkshire Northallerton is currently experiencing an internet outage which is causing issues with our phone lines and online systems. We are working with BT Openreach to restore our services as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you need to speak to someone please contact one of our nearby leisure sites: Active North Yorkshire Bedale, Thirsk and Sowerby, Richmond or Stokesley. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Changes to Active North Yorkshire this summer

This summer, we are introducing a number of changes across Active North Yorkshire to create a simpler, clearer and more consistent experience across all sites. These include simplifying our membership options, moving to a new, single booking system and updating the names of our swim sessions and group exercise classes so they are easier to understand when booking.

Northallerton Leisure and Wellbeing Hub

The Northallerton Leisure and Wellbeing Hub is at Stone Cross on Rotary Way. The centre offers a 25 metre swimming pool, multi-station gym and a sauna.
