Gym opening times
If you have a +Membership you can access the gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Find out more about our memberships. You just need to meet one of our fitness instructors and complete an authorisation form, ask our staff for more details.

Using the gym at Northallerton Leisure and Wellbeing Hub
Anyone aged 16 and over can use our gym, there is no need to book.
Juniors, aged between 11 and 15, can use the gym at any time provided that they have completed an induction and are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is aged 18 or over.
We also offer junior gym sessions at specific times, supervised by our staff, where those aged 11 to 15 can attend without a parent or guardian.
Junior gym - 11 to 13 years old
Sessions are supervised by a qualified instructor and take place on:
- Monday to Friday between 3:30pm and 5pm
- Saturday and Sunday between 10am and midday
You must book to attend one of these sessions.

Junior gym - 14 and 15 years old
Our staff are on hand and can offer advice, supervision and support when needed. Sessions take place on:
- Monday to Friday between 3:30pm and 5pm
- Saturday and Sunday between 10am and midday
These sessions do not need to be booked.
Gym inductions, programmes and reviews
First time using our gym? Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will give you a tour of the facilities and explain how everything works.

Get expert help from one of our instructors to build a personal 6 to 10 week gym programme. Once you have booked an initial session you can book again whenever you want if you would like to review and tweak the programme.
