The centre is open seven days a week.

Gym opening times

Members can access the gym 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Find out more on our memberships page.

Opening for non-members are:

• Monday to Friday - 6:45am until 9:30pm
• Saturday - 7am until 5pm
• Sunday - 8am until 5:30pm

We are open on bank holidays but will have shorter opening hours.
