Child admission
Family tickets apply to general swim sessions only.
To ensure everyone's safety:
- children under the age of eight must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (aged 16 or over)
- a responsible adult can supervise a maximum of two children
- children under four must wear armbands or appropriate flotation devices at all times
- all pools will identify a designated shallow area of water for children under four and armbands or flotation devices will not be allowed outside these areas during sessions
Fun sessions
- over-16s will only be admitted to the session if they are accompanying a child under 16
- all bookings are non-refundable, any cancellations made by us due to facility disruption or closure will, in the first instance, be reallocated to a future session
- bookings are on a first come first served basis
