Concessionary rates at Richmond Leisure and Wellbeing Hub
You may be able to pay less for swimming sessions and membership at Richmond Leisure and Wellbeing Hub if you qualify for discounted concessionary rates.
Concessionary rates are available if you are in receipt of the following benefits:
- Income Support
- Income based Job Seekers Allowance
- Income based employment and support allowance
- support under B1 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1990
- the guaranteed element of state pension credit
- child tax credit (provided you are not also entitled to working tax credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
- universal credit and either
- you have no children and net earnings below £435
- you have children or have limited capacity for work and net earnings below £935
- Personal Independence payment (PIP)
- disability benefit
Concession categories and accepted evidence from 1 April 2026

| Income Support | Award letter (replaced by Universal Credit from 1 April 2026) |
| Jobseekers Allowance | Qualifying stamp on application form (replaced by Universal Credit from 1 April 2026) |
