You can:
- add a food waste or recycling container to your contract
- increase the frequency of collections
- change your collection season
Please contact us to request a change in service. You will need to quote your account number.
How to pay
If you are one of the few customers who do not pay monthly or by annual Direct Debit, please pay your invoice online here.
Report a problem
Report a problem with your commercial waste service, such as:
- report a missed collection
- report a lost or stolen container
- report a broken or damaged container
- report an undelivered container

Annual commercial waste sack service including stickers
Subscribe to the annual sack service if:
- your business cannot store a wheeled bin on the premises
- your business doesn’t create large amounts of commercial waste or has a fluctuating volume of waste

For removal of non-hazardous waste from your premises you need a waste transfer note. This note covers the storage of waste on premises as well as its safe collection and disposal.
