Use this service to report a missed bin collection for domestic properties in the former district of Ryedale.
We are unable to return to collect missed recycling. We’ll collect it on your next scheduled collection.
Before reporting a missed bin, please check:
- you put your bin or containers out on the correct day (find your bin collection day)
- your bin or containers were out for collection before 6am
- your bin or containers contained contaminated waste
- you presented extra side waste
- your bin or containers were too heavy
