Evolution Business Centre benefits from reception services during office hours, central photocopying and fully equipped conference and meeting rooms.
Evolution Business Centre tenancies are designed to be flexible with easy in/easy out terms. Standard agreements are for a period of three years with tenants able to serve three months notice to quit at any time.
The annual inclusive rent covers:
- the cost of office space
- secure fibre optic 100mbps connection (leased line)
- all heating and lighting costs
- reception services
- telephone lines and handsets
- four hours free hire of conference/meeting rooms per month
- security, inclusive of CCTV and buildings insurance
- cleaning of common areas
- maintenance of building and grounds
The rental fee excludes the cost of:
- telephone calls
- business rates
- trade waste collection
- cleaning of office suites
- contents insurance
- photocopying/fax services
- any extra optional services
