King Street Workshops are located within the Old Workhouse Complex, which is also home to the award winning Nidderdale Museum.

The workshops bring together a group of artists and designers working as individual businesses to produce a variety of items made from clay, hand blown glass, textiles, digital imaging, precious metals and gem stones. The craft businesses are well established and have gained both a national and international reputation for originality of design and quality craftsmanship.

The site is open to visitors who can look around the display areas and see the artists at work.
