Biodiversity duty report

We are responsible for producing a biodiversity duty report, which sets out how we are meeting our statutory duty to conserve and enhance biodiversity across the country.

This report outlines our approach to protecting biodiversity and how we intend to meet our Biodiversity reporting duties. These duties contribute both the interim and statutory Environment Act targets and commitments.
