For those with a basic knowledge, these courses offer a gentle, hands-on introduction to using a computer and accessing the internet. You will work towards achievable and practical targets such as sending emails, understanding computer terminology and much more.

Next Steps

These courses further develop the skills gained on the First Steps course enabling you to confidently use a computer for work or personal use.
