In line with the our existing vision of people living longer, healthier, independent lives – Health and Adult Services 2025 sets out the directorate’s plan for Health and Adult Services in North Yorkshire and details our three priorities:

- My home, my community, my choice
These priorities will form the basis for our plan for the next three years: a chance to build on what we have already achieved and to learn from our shared experiences.
