When the contractor arrives
When one of our contractors visits your home you should:
- check their identification before you let anyone into your home - our contractors will always show you their official identification
- keep children safe whilst work is being carried out and make sure pets are secured away from the area of work
- make sure there is clear access to the repair area
- provide a smoke free environment for any repair operative or contractor who comes into your home in line with the government's smoking regulations
