Notice is given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied to North Yorkshire Council licensing authority for a premises licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Proposed variations

To vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 822-L1).

Remove the following conditions from Annex 2:

  • a minimum of two Security Industry Authority registered door supervisors will be on duty at the premises when regulated entertainment is taking place (from 9pm hours until the premises closes).
  • when SIA door supervisors are on duty they shall sign in and sign out of the premises logbook, providing full details of their name and Security Industry Authority number. Security Industry Authority registered door supervisors when on duty at the premises will be responsible for counting the number of persons inside the premises (100 maximum) and written records of these figures must be kept for one calendar month.
  • no person to be allowed to leave the premises, including the grounds, carrying bottles or glasses. The maximum occupancy of the premises shall be limited to 100 persons.

Amend condition 23 from Annex 2 to read as follows:

Children under the age of 16 accompanied by an adult will be allowed on the premises until 9pm hours (extended until 10pm hours if seated for a table meal).

To also amend the licence to reflect the change in premises trading name to Filly and Flagon.

All operating hours, licensable activities and remaining conditions authorised by the premises licence are to remain unchanged.

Application for a minor variation to a premises licence or club premises certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.

Reduction to the licensed area. Changing to the clubhouse and veranda only.

Notice is given that Yorkshire Essential Oils Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Proposed Variation:-

  • to increase opening hours and supply of alcohol daily to 8pm
