Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been submitted to North Yorkshire Council. For more information about how to comment on a licence, please visit the government website.

Notice is given that SRJ Retail Stores Ltd has applied to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is to extend the hours the premises is open to the public and the hours of supply of alcohol from daily between the hours of 6am and 8pm, to daily between the hours of 6am and 10pm.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing, by the end of 7 January 2025, to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority at Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH or by email to licensing.rye@northyorks.gov.uk.

The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
