Notice is given that English Heritage Trust has applied to North Yorkshire Council Licensing Authority for a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The licensable activities are:
Sale of alcohol daily 10am to 5.30pm On and Off supplies
Pre-booked events or private hires 10am to 11pm restricted to a maximum of 30 days per year

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).

This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no. 1512-L1A), which reflects some fixed seating changes.
The operating times, licensable activities and conditions authorised by the existing premises licence to remain unchanged.
