If you need to return a bus pass because the pass holder has died, you can use the tell us once service and return the pass when you register the death.
You can also post a pass to us with a cover letter that includes the:
- name of the pass holder
- pass reference number
- reason the pass is not needed anymore, for example, because the pass holder has died or moved away
