North Yorkshire Council, as the licensing authority under the Gambling Act 2005, will publish its new Statement of Licensing Principles for Gambling on Wednesday 28 May 2025, in accordance with Section 349 of the Act.
The new Statement will come into effect on Wednesday 25 June 2025.
