The centre is open seven days a week.

Gym opening times

• Monday to Wednesday - 7am until 9pm
• Thursday - 8:30am until 9pm
• Friday - 7am until 8:30pm
• Saturday and Sunday - 8am until 1pm

Swimming pool opening times

Sauna opening times

• Monday - 6:45am until 8:30pm
• Tuesday - 7am until 8:30pm
• Wednesday - 7am until 9pm
• Thursday - 10:30am until 9pm
• Friday - 7am until 8:30pm
• Saturday - 8am until 12:45pm
• Sunday - 8am until 12:45pm
