Swimming is a great all-round activity for everyone. We offer a variety of sessions and lessons in our heated swimming pools to encourage everyone to swim as well as a relaxing sauna and steam room.

General swim	Our general swim sessions offer a relaxed environment for all ages and abilities. Swim at your own pace, practice your skills or simply enjoy time in the water with friends and family.
Lane swim	Lane swimming sessions offer a calm and structured setting, allowing swimmers of all abilities to enjoy uninterrupted lengths at their own pace. Designed for those aged 12 and over.
Adult learn to swim	Our adult learn to swim sessions provide a friendly and encouraging space for beginners and improvers to gain confidence in the water, learn new skills and progress comfortably. Find out more on our adult learn to swim page.
Learn to swim	Our learn to swim sessions provide a friendly and encouraging space for children aged four and over to gain confidence in the water, learn new skills and progress comfortably. Find out more on our learn to swim page.
Pre-school learn to swim	Pre-school lessons offer a safe, fun setting for young children to build confidence, develop early skills and enjoy the water. Contact us to find out more.

Mini splash time	Pre-school swim with toys sessions offers a fun, safe environment for young children to play, build confidence and enjoy the water. Coming in September.
