Leases

Springboard Business Centre tenancies are designed to be flexible with easy in/easy out terms. Standard agreements are for a period of three years with tenants able to serve three months notice to quit at any time.

The annual inclusive rent covers:  

• the cost of office space 
• secure fibre optic 100mbps connection (leased line) 
• all heating and lighting costs 
• reception services 
• telephone lines and handsets 
• four hours free hire of conference/meeting rooms per month 
• security, inclusive of CCTV and buildings insurance 
• cleaning of common areas
• maintenance of building and grounds

The rental fee excludes the cost of: 

• telephone calls 
• business rates 
• trade waste collection 
• cleaning of office suites 
• contents insurance 
• photocopying/fax services 
• any extra optional services
