- use the report damp and mould form if you have an issue with damp and mould
- take a photo of the issue if possible
Emergency repairs
Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4:30pm. Outside of these times, and during weekends and bank holidays, use our out of hours emergency repair service.
How long repairs take
If the repair is our responsibility, we will tell you:
- the priority of the repair based on our repairs standard
- the date when we’ll fix it
- if the work will be done by us or one of our contractors
- if we need to inspect the problem first before carrying out the repair
Report a repair
We apologise that due to increases in repairs being reported, routine repairs are taking longer than normal at the moment. However, we are working with extra contractors to reduce waiting times.
When you report a repair we will ask you:
- what needs repairing
- the location of the item that needs repairing
- your full name, address and postcode
- your phone number
